Refund Policy

At Pro Darts Coach, we provide instant AI-powered video analysis and personalised coaching. Because our service involves immediate processing, storage, and AI computation costs, refunds are handled under the policy below.

Please read this carefully before purchasing.

One-Off Analysis Purchases (£20 – 3 Throw Analyses)

All one-off analysis purchases are non-refundable once processing begins.

This is because:

  • Video files are uploaded, stored, and processed immediately
  • AI analysis and coaching reports are generated instantly
  • These costs cannot be reversed once incurred

Exceptions

We will issue a refund only if:

  • Your upload fails due to a platform error
  • The analysis does not complete successfully
  • A verified technical issue prevents you from receiving your analysis

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Expected improvements not achieved
  • User error (incorrect video, poor lighting, wrong angle, etc.)

Monthly Subscription (£50 per month)

The monthly plan includes multiple analyses and access to Ask Coach AI.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only if:

  • Requested within 24 hours of the initial charge
  • No analyses have been completed
  • Ask Coach AI has not been meaningfully used

Once any analysis or coaching interaction has occurred, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Any analysis has been completed
  • Ask Coach AI has been used
  • You forget to cancel your subscription
  • Results did not meet personal expectations

Ask Coach AI

Ask Coach AI uses your personal analysis history and AI compute. Once Ask Coach AI is used, refunds are not available, as personalised AI processing costs are incurred immediately.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Repeated refund requests
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Attempted chargebacks after service usage

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in account suspension.
